My instinct is See-dah but I have been googling and not sure that's right. I know it also has Armenian/Portugese/Spanish roots, but behindthename lists it as Turkish origin. Help?

Okay, thanks. DS "made it up" when we asked him what to name the baby and I liked the way he said it (see-dah), looked up how I thought a name like that might be spelled if it actually existed, and found Seda, but I don't love the say pronunciation. Back to the drawing board, I guess!

I would guess Say-duh, but not based on any knowledge I have of Turkish pronunciation
This. I also think the pronunciation say-duh is prettier than see-duh.

I am Iranian but both of my parents speak Turkish and I've been around the language. Seda is used in Iran too and it means "voice" or "sound".
It's pronounced Se (just like how you'd say the Se in the word "Seminar") and dah (it's long A sound as in daah, I can't think of an English equivalent, sorry).
Unrelated but my Iranian name also starts with SE (again same sound as the SE in "seminar") but everyone pronounces it SAY...

This I agree, my dad speaks Turkish and I know some words, I would guess Say-dah with emphasis on the "dah".
