I posted a while back on if anyone had tried it, I was looking to buy it. Thank you for the feedback, I am now on week 2 and lost 3 lbs already (this week not being all that great with eating in evenings...but ill get there) But I LOVE LOVE LOVE the workouts! The half hour kick my ass workouts are just what I need while DS sleeps (already feel a little stronger and DH noticed a diff in my ass already...HA!) and I can still get stuff done around the house! Love the cast too....keeps me motivated! Anyways, just wanted to share
