Reporting people on Facebook

Is reporting people on Facebook REALLY anonymous? It says it is, but last night I reported a nude photo (completely nude) and it was removed. I am not blocked by this person as well which leads me to believe they know who did it. Has anyone else had this happen?

    Something like nudity I'm pretty sure FB removes it and shuts down the page. So the person you reported probably doesn't know who did it.

    This sentence doesn't make sense to me.  If you aren't blocked by the person why do you think they know who did it?
