Twin skin - does it go away?

I'm talking about the dry, post-partum crepe paper.  Is there any chance of it disappearing?

    i hope so!!! babies are almost 9 months old and i still have that wrinkly loose skin when i button my pants.  :(

    I hate to do this to you ladies...but no, no it does not.

    oh what we have to look forward to. I guess I was prepared since my mom got an elective mini tummy tuck when she got her tubes tied after me. oh joy!

    Eh, mine has gotten a little better...even if it has been 17 months. It helps that I wear a body shaper most days.

    Mine is marginally better. But it doesn't really go away. My body is forever changed for my little dudes. :)

    My kids are almost 7 (!) and I'm going to need a tummy tuck if I want to get rid of it.

    Mine twins are almost 6 months.  It doesn't feel dry anymore like it did right after they were born, and it's shrunk up a lot.  I'm lucky enough not to have to much that hangs over my pants, but it is definitely changed forever.  I got a ton of stretch marks and now it all looks so pruney and squishy.  I tell DH that I feel like it looks like I have 2nd degree burn scars. I more concerned about my boobs. I'll get a boob job before I get a tummy tuck.  They're so deflated now.

    ASCUS PAP 08/2011 which means no PAP for 6 months!! YAY!!

    1st u/s 11/21/11: TWINS!
    16 wks 1/30/12: BOY and GIRL!
    Schedualed c-section for 7/2/12 38wks 1day
    Went into labor 6/25/12 37wks 1day. Delivered two healthy babies

    Almost 9 months in and I've still got it. And a belly button that never popped back in. Even though I'm thin and back to my usual weight. I think skin elasticity is a crapshoot.

    Most of mine was gone by about 18 months pp. I would say I have maybe 10% left and some shiny white stretch marks but I still felt ok wearing a 2-piece swimsuit this past summer (my LOs are 3). I'm just resigned to what is left. :-)
    After 20 months TTC with PCOS, we were blessed with twins!
    They arrived at 36 weeks after PTL and bedrest for 14 weeks. Lilypie Third Birthday tickers image
