pack n' play breathable?

LO will be sleeping in his Pack n' Play for a couple weeks when DH and I travel to see family. I see that the sides are mesh--basically the same material as breathable bumpers? Yet breathable bumpers are now no longer recommended. Will this be a safe place for LO to sleep (he sleeps through the night now--7 hrs). He will be around 4 months old when we make the trip.

    He will be fine to sleep in the PNP.  DD slept in hers for the first 6mo of her life.

    It's fine. That's not why there is an issue with breathable bumpers, it's due to the strangulation risk. The mesh on the pnp can't come loose, you're fine.
