Let her skin get more air and soaking in water longer, getting more baths helps my LO too usually. And just changing him more often. He doesn't use cloth diapers either. I've thought about it, but I just don't think it would work out for us.
When Emma had a bad rash when we first got her home, the Dr told us to use Lotrimin twice a day and then the desitin every time we changed her diaper. Also, make sure to change the diaper as soon as it's dirty. The urine makes it worse.
I put a layer of A&D on her and then put Desitin on top of the A&D and it seems to help. I also recently tried triple paste for overnight which I think has same ingredients as A&D plus Desitin and maybe one other thing and it seemed to help as well.
One of my girls had a horrible rash two days ago, the first she's had, and it looked super painful. I was going to take her to the doctor the following day, but it pretty much cleared up by the following evening. I just applied gobs of Butt Paste and tried to let "air dry" for as long as she could stand.

LO has his first bad case, as well....and we use cloth diapers.
We've added more naked time, but I really don't know what else to do, either. I'm going to try the bath idea tonight!
