I think a part of my heart just died. NOOOOO!!! This is a surname. I associate it with Mr. Knightley in Emma. Men then and now are sometimes called by their surname but they still have a first name. If I have to picture anyone being called Knightley it's a man. But I wouldn't say it should be anyone's actual first name.
