We're throwing a brunch on Sunday for DHs birthday. Anybody got some good ideas/recipes? So far, we're thinking we'll do mimosas, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, possibly pulled pork for the lunch aspect. Anything else? I need ideas to tell people what to bring too!
Re: Brunch ideas needed....
hashbrowns?
Mini sandwiches?
Some kind of coffee cake? Or one of the yummy breakfast bakes that people were mentioning in the Christmas morning thread awhile back?
Oooh and definitely some hot chocolate
Strawberry cream cheese, small jar of fluff, a bit of cool whip. Mix and serve with granny Smith apples and grapes.
It is so good!
My MIL has this awesome egg casserole. The bottom is lined with crescent rolls and then you add a mixture of egg, sausage, green onion and cheese on top. I don't have the exact recipe at the moment, but it's DELICIOUS!
