How many times per day do you nurse or give a bottle to your LO?
Up until a few weeks ago, LO (10 months) was still nursing 2-3 times at night, so he was still nursing at least 8 times in a 24 hour period. We finally got his sleep schedule sorted out a little better, so he nurses before bed and again around 6 am, but usually not at all in between. So now he's only nursing 4-5 times in a 24 hour period, plus three good-sized meals of solids. I'm just wondering what's typical at this age.
(I know questions have been asked recently about number of ounces per day, but DS doesn't take a bottle, so I don't know how many ounces he drinks per day.)
Re: Nursing/formula - how many times per day?
Here is DS's schedule.
7am breastfeed
8:30am breakfast (cereal with fruit)
Mid morning 6oz pumped bm at daycare
12:30pm lunch (veggie)
Early afternoon 6oz bm bottle
Late afternoon snack ( yogurt and finger foods)
5:00pm breastfeed
6ish dinner (small pieces of whatever we are having)
7:30pm breast feed before bed
He does not wake to eat overnight.
She recently cut out a few feeds. Now she nurses like 5 times a day and 2-3 times at night.
eta: She has some cheerios for breakfast and a fruit pouch or yogurt for dinner.

DD is almost 9 months old. She was breastfed for the first two months, but due to production issues, she has had breast milk with formula supplement since that time.
Here is DD's schedule (on most days):
5am: 5.5 oz bottle (breast milk and formula combo)
8:30-ish: breakfast (cereal with fruit or yogurt with 2.5 oz of breast milk)
11:30-ish: 5.5 oz bottle (same as morning)
2:30-ish: 5.5oz bottle with snack - finger foods
5:45ish: Dinner (fruit and veggie with a grain and about 3 oz of breast milk)
8:45pm: Last bottle of the day - 5.5oz like the others.
We hope to start her on a solid lunch meal at daycare in January.
