thoughts/concerns/vents/ect.: My temp jumped a little yesterday so I was really excited to see what it was today. Unfortunately, my 5 month old cat has not grown out of kneading yet, will only do it on my neck, and does not understand no matter what I try that I want her to stop. So, after fighting with her for 15 minutes so I could go back to bed, I realized that my alarm would be going off soon and I ruined my chance to temp. I'm still having my first experience with cramps, but since I don't know if my temp is up or dropping, I don't know if they are a good sign or bad.
GTKY: Snow. Love it or Hate it? Love it- I grew up in the Southern California Desert, so it was a rare experience. I lived in Germany for a few years and every year when it would start warming up and getting sunny, I would be the only one disappointed by it. Now I live in the South, so I won't be seeing it for a while again.Cycle/Month: 13/15

Testing plans: I usually start at 10dpo, but I only have one test left so I will probably just wait until Christmas Eve to test.....I can't imagine having a better gift than a BFP!! After 15 months, BFNs don't really depress me that much anymore, so it won't ruin my Christmas if it isn't a BFP.
thoughts/concerns/vents/ect.: It's been nice not temping this cycle....never thought I could give up that much control.

thoughts/concerns/vents/ect.: This is my first month charting and it's messing with my head! I can't sleep well knowing that in the morning I'll be temping, and hoping the temp stays up. I had a temp dip this morning. Had one at 9dpo too but it was back up at 10dpo. I got so upset that I tested even though I was not supposed to. And of course BFN. Though I'm starting to understand how people can "imagine" lines. Guess I'll keep temping and testing, but I so hate this!!!
GTKY: Snow. Love it or Hate it? I love it when it first falls and everything is pretty. I hate it when it sticks around and turns dirty and gray. And I hate it when it delays DH's flight home, which it'll probably do tonight.
ETA: at about 15 minutes after I POAS, I thought I might see the faintest of faint lines, but that's outside the test window. I just went to the bathroom, and bright red blood on the TP, so I guess I'm just out, though this is not how my period usually starts. That makes this my shortest cycle ever, by 3 or 4 days.

I've been having "symptoms" since a few days ago, but I'm sure they are related to the progesterone I started at 3 DPO. Plus, my temps staying up and not getting AF won't be a good sign for me because I believe I will need to stop the progesterone for AF to come. GTKY: Snow. Love it or Hate it? Sort of in between. I love it once or twice and then I'm over it.

thoughts/concerns/vents/ect.: The other day I had a tiny bit of pink in my underwear when I woke which I figured was from the progesterone (I take it vaginally at night; it's pink). I marked it as spotting and made a note of it This morning there was a lot. Enough that I would consider it actual spotting. I don't ever spot, but I suppose there is a first time for everything. I'm sure this cycle will not be it.

My temp went up yesterday and again today so I felt good. I did not like the feeling of seeing bfn and I know I shouldn't have tested, so lesson learned. I'm going back to waiting on AF because I'm not strong enough to see bfn. GTKY: Snow. Love it or Hate it? Love love love it! DH is off today and and snow is coming here in Chicago this evening and I can't wait to curl up next to DH under the Christmas lights and drink my bfn sorrows away.

I understand her pregnancy has no affect on me and whether or not I will get pregnant, but come on! Don't knock a *** when she's down!

Love it! As a Canadian now living in Southern California, I really miss it. It doesn't feel like Christmas here without it. I don't miss the daily window scraping and defrosting every morning though.
Testing plans: None, unless I get 5 days past expected AF. That's how I keep myself sane...I get my period before I get a BFN. thoughts/concerns/vents/ect.: Phantom symptoms are the worst! Why did I get so nauseous eating dinner the other night that I took my temp just to make sure I wasn't getting the flu? I'm in Michigan too! Dh got a new (to us) snow blower last year because the season before was bad, and then only used it 2 or 3 times last year because it was so mild out.

Testing plans: I don't think I can hold out much longer. I was originally going to just wait and see if AF came, but now I'm thinking that if I have a decently high temp tomorrow AM, I will test (13DPO).
Thoughts/concerns/vents/ect.: Last cycle I had a somewhat of a temp drop and AF-like cramps at 12DPO. This morning (12DPO) I had a big temp spike and although I've had some sporadic cramping, I wouldn't say that they feel like regular AF cramps. I'm starting to really get my hopes up which scares me because I don't want to be totally crushed if it's not our cycle.
GTKY: Snow. Love it or Hate it? Meh. In general I dislike winter, however snow can be fun if you don't have to drive in it. I enjoy sledding/tubing, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing.

GTKY: Snow. Love it or Hate it? In South Carolina it doesn't happen a lot so I love seeing it, but it brings on that damn ice that causes so many problems. We're not prepared for it and people can't drive unless if it's sunny and dry so you can imagine how that goes.
