My 6 month has been a good sleeper since he was 2 months old. By 4 months he slept 8-9 hours straight and at 5 months dropped the last night feeding and started sleeping all the way through the night (11 hours). Up until about a week ago he had been sleeping soooo soundly, 11 hours without a peep, and now all of a sudden he is not sleeping. He tosses and turns and fusses in his sleep all night. Its not like he wakes up crying or anything so trying the cry it out method doesn't really apply. I just feel bad that he's sleeping so terribly and I don't know how to help him. I am getting up like 10 times a night to try to help him get comfortable, rub his head and back. He doesn't usually fully wake up and never cries but the constant tossing and turning and "complaining" still keeps me up. Last night he did wake up after not being able to get comfortable for 2 hours and just started talking like he wanted to play. Ugh I feel like I have a newborn again. Please tell me this is just a phase!! Could he be teething? He is still toothless

Re: good sleeper is not sleeping good anymore! ugh!
