Sick baby on the mend

We are on day 2 of non stop holding Lexie following her starting coughing on Sunday.  Monday it started to get bad enough that I was worried.  Tuesday we took her to the Dr and all evening she screamed if put down.  From the time I took her (3pm) until about 630 tonight she has refused to be put down, screaming and puking when I was trying to change her diaper.  The coughing has been so bad that her whole body shakes.  The saddest sound is hearing your little one crying/whimpering constantly while awake!!

Thank goodness for starting to feel better- if the day didn't improve we were going to be sitting in the ER tonight.
