A friend on facebook just posted a picture of her little girl and I guess a friend (about 2 years old) painting in their underwear. It is a cute picture - but I don't think it is appropriate for facebook.

I have a friend who posted a pic of her 7 year old topless reading to her brothers. I didn't know what to think.

I agree. You can always report the photo. Fb will remove it and she won't know who reported it.

No baby both 2 or 3 years old.
