Sore throat?

Ethan has been fussy yesterday and today. He's got a white bump on the top outer portion of his gums. My mom said she thought it was an epstein pearl. I've had a sore throat for a few days. I just wish I knew what was hurting Ethan so I could help him. Do epstein pearls hurt? How can I tell if he has a sore throat?

    I just got over being sick and I think LO has what I had. A stuffy nose and a sore throat. He coughs and its different than his normal cough. Almost like he is clearing his throat from a tickle. It doesn't seem to bother him but we have a doctors appt on Friday.
