How does your baby move?

So with all the movement questions this morning, it got me thinking: How does your baby move?

My little girl seems to hang down low all the time. I feel a couple thumps and then she stops, so I am assuming she is readjusting to go back to sleep because then I won't feel her for a few hours. Other times I will get several thumps over a 15 minute or so period. I have an anterior placenta, so I think that is what is causing me to still feel thumps and not kicks. I have gotten one or two out of her, unexpectedly. Stick out tongue

So how and where does your baby move? High, low? Soft, hard?

    My little girl is hanging out sideways these days. Her head is on my left side, so I mostly feel kicks on my right side. She's still in a breech position for the most part, so I rarely feel anything higher than my belly button. Most of the movement I feel is lower. Also, I can sometimes feel pressure on my left side when she's stretching out and her head is pushing on me.

    I am feeling a lot of movement really low, she feels breech to me.  My DD was breech and I'm feeling the kicking in the exact same area.

    I feel lots of movement on my left side just below my belly button.  I'm not able to identify what part of her is actally moving or whats going on in there, but like you, sometimes I feel her readjust and other times I will have several minutes on constant movement.  Yesterday, I was laying in bed and I placed my hand on my belly and she kicked it away.  So cute!

    My baby likes to use my rectum and cervix as a trampoline. I get movement mostly in the lower part of my belly. Baby is def. breech and does not care to be upside down. He flips positions though- sometimes sideways, occasionally upside down and I'll get a good thump up my belly button. But, that's rare.

    I have an anterior placenta, so I don't feel a lot of the lower kicks on the outside, just the ones closer to my belly button. Which is a bummer b/c I don't get many of those.

    My little guy moves all over the place. Mostly below my bellybutton though. Sometimes I even feel him on opposite sides of my belly at once. Must be stretches or hiccups.

    I've got an anterior placenta, too, and have just starting to feel movement within the last 4-5 days. Mostly it's when I'm lying on my back in bed w/ my hand on my lower belly. Baby and movement is still quite low and pretty "thump"-like, but sometimes I get a rolling sensation. Yesterday, I felt some thumps that felt like gas bubbles on the back side of my abdomen - it wasn't until it'd happened a couple of times that I realized it was baby not gas!

    I mostly feel baby on my right side, near/in my rib cage, but I've felt pressure on both sides simultaneously, the  cervix trampoline thing and some pretty hard jabs around my belly button. I only get anything below the belly button when I'm sitting up straight or leaning forward.

    Miss P likes to hang out low and right around my appendectomy incision. Yeah...not fun! We joke saying she thinks it's an escape hatch. It feels like she likes to kick and punch at the same time, too.

    Our little girl is very active, mostly below the belly button but she also rolls a lot.  I have also felt tickles very low when I'm sitting at work.  I think the crease where my pants hit pushes on her and she tries to move it away because that's usually where it is.

    I noticed last night(and a few other nights too) that sometimes she must try to squish to one side because all of a sudden I will have an extremely hard lump on one side or the other and nothing on the opposite side.  I can softly massage the lump and it will go down and she starts rolling again.

    The whole thing amazes me and I would love to just watch her for a while...like through ultrasound.

    DD2 has random movements in the morning and afternoon but from 4pm-12am it feels like a WWF match. Her movements come every 10 minutes sometimes closer together and she is consistently hanging low. I would love for her to move up but then cringe at the thought of her getting under my ribs liker her siblings used to do.

    MY LIL GIRL IS WAY LOW, BUT SHE MUST BE NOCTURNAL CUZ TODAY IS THE 1ST DAY I FEEL HER MOVING DURING THE DAY, ITS USUALLY WHEN IM ABOUT TO FALL ASLEEP SHE DECIDES TO HAVE DANCE PARTY, BUT HER MOVEMENT IS NOTHING COMPARED TO MY 3 BOYS-THEY WERE NON STOP JABS AND KICKS.

    She did not, she stayed breech and was delivered by C-Section.  She is a stubborn little thing that wants to do things her way..I guess that was my first sign=)

    I was feeling him very low.  Now I feel his kicks pretty high like around the top of my stomach.  Sometimes in my lungs.  I can't wait for my next ultrasound so I can see how big he is.  His kicks are also very hard, which is funny because I was told since I have an anterior placenta that I wouldn't feel him as much.

    I can feel my little one below belly button (never above that).  She tend to hang out on the left side so my stomach often looks lopsided.  Most of the time it's just thumps, pressure, and stretching.  She did get mad yesterday (there was a WHOLE LOT of screaming children around) and she beat the crap out of me.  As soon as it quieted down she calmed down.

    She is all over the place. Mostly high on my right side, but I've also felt her on the left, and low on both sides. And she's a strong one... I have an anterior placenta and DH and I have been feeling her for weeks!

    I feel her all over, thumps and rolls.  Not any side in particular really.  She went crazy this morning when I was getting a dental cleaning.
