Poor baby

Today we had a follow up dr. Appointment from A's pyloric stenosis surgery. I brought up that he was difficulty pooping strains very loudly and doesn't go everyday, wondering if it could be related. The dr. Then proceeds to stick his not so small pinky up his bum. I have never heard such a horrible scream. I now have to use dialaters everyday. Poor baby was traumatized and has been asleep since we got home. Tomorrow is his 2 month appointment. I have a feeling it will be a repeat of today. I feel like an awful mommy. My poor little boy!
