so frustrated and upset with my boob!

I had posted Saturday about clogged duct, mastitis...I'm on antibiotics, I went into the OB on Monday and she said it was a clogged duct and just needed to be freed...

Well it's day 5 and it's no better.  If anything it's worse.  Saturday it was really really painful when I woke up, enough to call the LC to come over, by that afternoon I was sick feeling, low temp, and it was bright red...it just got worse. I started the antibiotics now and it stayed super red until Sunday evening and Monday morning it was just pink and looked bruised.  Now it just looks slightly bruised and just a blush of pink, but it f-ing still hurts.  Not like it did by any means but it seems to have pretty much just stopped at a pain 4 or so.  

The LC is concerned and wants the OB to investigate further and is confident that it's not a clogged duct, that I had mastitis symptoms and that if either was underlying it would be better by day five...I'm so upset.  I just left a message for my OB's (I saw one of the other docs Mon) nurse but I have only until 1 to see them today and am freaking out a bit since they're only open reg hours today and tomorrow and Friday they're only in there a couple hours not to mention I will have both kids that day with no child care options.  

DH is working on a huge project and is not available until Sunday most likely. (He's self employed and if he doesn't do it then it doesn't get done and we really can't afford to tell our biggest clients to f themselves for Christmas...I realize my health is very important too..just hard b/c if he doesn't work then I can't go to the doc...and I don't think I'd leave him with the baby no matter what since he worked til 3 last night and was up at 5:30 this morning).

And the nurse just called back and it's the idiot.  She f's up everything so we'll see what happens.  And my baby has a cold...at least I got a little sleep last night!!
