I hit a milestone today

Lily will be 2 in just over 2 weeks.  I have a friend (my best friend) who's son was born the same time Lily SHOULD have been born (in April).  Today, that friend had her second child.

I visted her in the hospital to show her my love and support, and I didn't cry.  In fact, I held her new son in my arms and I smiled.  I am so incredibly happy for her. 

... the last time someone close to me had a baby, I had a breakdown (you probably read about it, because I posted all about it here)...

I just wanted to share that.

    yay! i love babies and i find it hard not to cry when one of my friends has one. but my close friend recently has asked me to be in the delivery room when her daughter is born in febuary! i cant wait :)
