Dr. Betsy August Salem

Has anyone seen her before? I was referred to her through northshore medical center. I like that she has her own practice and is therefore guaranteed to be the doctor who does my delivery. I have my first appointment on the 27th but would love to hear from anyone who has gone to her before.

    I had her for just GYN.  She is a good doctor I just didn't like how she talked to me. My mom really liked her though. I personally like Essex County OB, but you wont be guaranteed one Dr. to deliver.

    I will have to be extra aware of how she talks to me at my first appointment. If I don't like her I will look into your suggestion. Thanks!

    I had her and switched to Essex county OB bc she told me I was miscarring w my son and sent me to the er and they said everything was fine! I delivered w the Ecob midwives at Beverly hospital and they were awesome! I would NEVER go back to her again!

    Yikes! I originally posted this back in December. I have also switched since then, I didn't really have any bad experiences there I switched more for convenience. I was a bit worried about some of the reviews I had read though so I figured better safe than sorry.
