Christmas Eve is always at our house and this year I've decided to mix up the food a bit. We like doing finger foods and the menu will include: roasted potato bites, stuffed mushrooms and chestnuts wrapped in bacon. DH is on a pulled pork kick so we'll be doing that as well. Tell me your favorite finger food recipes! I'm desperate for some new ideas to impress the fam! ;P

Baked brie. People always think you're so fancy, but you just wrap a small wheel of brie in puff pastry (store-bought) and bake it. I add craisins and rosemary under the pastry. Serve it warm with crackers or sliced baguette.
Also spinach and artichoke dip. Preferably with tons of Parmesan.
We always do the Christmas Eve appetizers and desserts thing, too--it goes over so well and it's so much easier than getting everyone there at the same time for dinner.
Fig and goat cheese puff blooms. PC makes and amazing frozen one, but making your own is super easy too. Somthing like this:

this one is pretty easy, i usually cut up the chicken and bacon the night before because its pretty time consuming
This is so easy but delicious:
Sturdy turkey lunch meat, cream cheese, and pickle roll ups!
