Can we do a restore-our-faith-in-humanity post?
I could really use some good-people vibes today
Yesteday when I was at Wal-Mart (I know, I know, but Target hasn't come to Canada just yet..) I was leaving the store and was struggling to get DS's hat on and balancing two bags and a bin. This elderly man walked by and offered to hold all my purchases while I was getting DS ready to go out in the cold. He was so sweet and I know it was such a simple gesture, but it just put me in such a better mood leaving the store. I paid it forward by dropping my change into the Salvation Army jar on my way out.
Any more good mood stories to share?
Re: S/O Good deeds..
That link is full of good stories, thanks!
Every time I've been grocery shopping (without DH) since having the baby, one of the baggers has helped me unload my grocery cart and then has offered to take my groceries out to my car. I really appreciate the help with the cart since I wear P at the grocery store. Nice, simple gesture.
Wow thanks! I wish they reported this stuff on the news more often
