Need MN help for Sawyer/Marley

Hello! We are set on either Sawyer for a boy or Marley for a girl. This isn't something that we're going to change so I'd rather not hear posts about how Marley makes you think or a dog or shouldn't be used for a girl, I like it. 

 

I am struggling with middle names though so any suggestions would be really appreciated. Our best options right now are Sawyer Gabriel (last name sounds like McNamara) or Marley Grace. I know Grace is a super common middle name, which we would generally avoid, but it's the only one that seems to flow well so far. Our daughter's name is Zoe Jane.

    Marley was at the top of my girl name list for a very long time...and the only mn I liked with it was Grace. So I vote for that!

    I like Sawyer as well. Some suggestions are...

    Marley Grace is very nice sounding, but I agree that Grace is a filler name. Are there any family names you could use?

     

    Sawyer Gabriel is nice, here are a few more suggestions:

    I really like Sawyer Gabriel.

    I think that Marley Grace is alright. My niece is actually Marlee Ann. Other suggestions:

    I think Marley goes well with many names!

    I love both your names! I had a friend in high school named Marly Amelia and I always thought it was pretty. I also really like Sawyer James!

    I like Marley Grace.  Just because Grace is common doesn't mean anything when it's the middle name, you won't be using it everyday.  My mn is Ann.  That's pretty common, and I don't mind it.

    I know a Sawyer Eugene, which I thought was cute.

    Second Son - born 2014 - Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS) and Double Outlet Right Ventricle (DORV).  First open heart surgery at 5 days old.  He's had 3 open heart surgeries and several other procedures and is currently doing amazing.
    Third Son - due June 9, 2018

    I think there are a lot of one syllable names that sound good with Marley.  I think Marley Rose is my favorite.

    Marley Grace is adorable.  But if you're worried about Grace being too common, maybe Marley Gwen?  We chose Gwen for a middle name but we're making the spelling match my mother's maiden name for my Grandma who passed (Guynn).

    I really like Sawyer Gabriel. Marley Grace is a little expected... Grace is pretty much the default MN these days.

    If we were having a boy, his name was going to be Sawyer James. For Marley, I like Marley Grace :) We're giving our baby girl the mn Jane so I love it- Marley Jane?

    We can't do Jane because that's my daughter's middle name :). I told my husband that I love Jane so much I wish I could just use that for the middle name every time!
