    I'm also going to get a few more Cloth Diapers for him. My mom is opening a savings account for him, my sister bought him a ton of clothes, MIL got him clothes and a few small toys (The Ocean Wonders Seahorse was one of them). We mostly requested clothes and books from family because LO really doesn't have many clothes past the 6 month stage.

    DS1 has most of the toys that DS1 will need (we have almost the entire laugh and learn series) so I only got him a few things

    Taggie Blanket

    Monkey book and toy

    sassy ball

    sensory balls from Target

    Skip Hop Owl Hug and Hide Toy and Stroller Toy

    The entire baby signing time series

    The Lamaze 24' caterpillar

    a bath toy strainer thing

    DD loves this! It was the first toy we bought for her when I was about 30 weeks : )

    We are lame-o parents and haven't bought anything yet. We asked for clothes & books for her from everyone, and contributions to her 529 account. I think we will get her some blocks, some stacking cups, and she needs a lovey that doesn't have any removable parts (no button eyes or noses)...if anyone has any suggestions for one I'd love to hear it!

    Stepper, we have a Bunnies by the Bay lovey that seems pretty sturdy. My friend's DS has 2 that have lasted for nearly 2 years. They are kinda pricey, but she washes them all the time and they still look good.

    ahhh the snail! Thank goodness for an off switch! LO loves his snailS... we ended up with 2 since the gparents opened it before asking
    We got LO clothes and teething toys. Gparents are getting him a toybox and walkbehind toys... not going too overboard this year!

    Star Trek Book of Opposites

    A rocking dragon from One Step Ahead 

    soft stacking blocks

    various Star Wars and Star Trek onesies (sensing a theme?)

    And a bunch of other stuff that is equally awesome.

    YES. The Star Trek Book of Opposites is one of DD and my favorites to read =) Of course I'm reading it to her in Spanish, but it'll be awhile before she even notices.

    We're having a pretty small Christmas this year... but we bought DD a $1 board book from Target, a bowl with a suction cup on the bottom so she can't throw it, a onesie from Penny Arcade that says Gamer 2 on it (DH has a matching shirt that says Gamer 1), and a little piano:
