PLEASE HELP. any suggestions will help. thank you!

  So what this was suppose to say was

  i just started back to work after almost 3 years and now my hubby is staying home w the kids. well now my son (3) started peeing the bed and his pants whenever he has to go! i have no idea what to do or how to deal with this. i am so frustrated and find of freaking out... PLEASE HELP!!!

  It's probably just because of a big change.  Kids can't control much, so they express concern and anxiety with things they can control, like peeing.   I'd just start re-potty training and rewarding galore for staying dry.  Maybe talk up about what a big boy he is and make sure to get in some one-on-one time after work each day.  I'm sure he'll adjust.  Sometimes even big kids (I teach first grade) start wetting their pants at the beginning of the school year because they are scared or unsure of the routine, etc.

  This. Except peeing the bed at night could be a totally different thing - at 3, his body/bladder may not be able to hold it 10+ hours.

  I agree, kids can need pull-ups (or the like) into Kindy (and sometimes longer, especially boys).
