  We used New Horizons and loved a lot about them.  Their fees are about the same as others, the social workers I found to be bossy but maybe that's part of the job.  Either way it was worth it, our wait was short, we were matched perfectly with birthparents we love and our precious baby that is perfect for our family.  I know they are really short on waiting families right now so unless you are not open to very many situations your wait will likely be short too.  And they are super speedy with the paperwork and homestudy part of the process.  We were officially waiting within two months of submitting our first application.  I definitely recommend New Horizons!
