Holiday gifts for daycare providers

Just wondering if/what everyone is getting DC's daycare provider(s) for the holidays.  DS has 1 main teacher and 3 others who take care him as well, so we want to do something for all 4.  We are probably doing giftcards, but what else could we do? Should we do something more for his main person?

    we are getting the 2 main teachers a gift card & then bringing treats to everyone & the helpers.  I guess you could give the main teacher a little more money than the others

    Her 2 main teachers get $50.  The other teachers in the classroom will probably get food, or a Subway gift card (there is a subway really really close).

    Ditto.  DD's 2 main teachers will get giftcards.  One teacher is her "main" caregiver even though they both are in the room with her and both take care of her.  That teacher has also been there the whole time DD has been there, the other one just started a couple months ago. The main teacher will get a little more money on gift card.

    Then I plan to make cookies and leave in the room for anybody else that comes in to help.

    I am the director of a daycare, and one thing that I know the teachers appreciate the most that is free is a heartfelt note of appreciation for the work they do each day.  I would definitely recommend this for each of them in addition to whatever else you give, as long as you are truly happy with the job they do!
