  I think it's likely fine although I don't plan to give it to him anytime soon. As long as your LO can handle other meat well then sausage should be no different, assuming it's not real spicy.
  
  I'm not a fan of sausage myself which is why I probably won't give it to my guy for awhile.

  Julian has eaten Italian sausage, breakfast sausage, and kielbasa. You should be good!

  We have given it to Ben.  I just try and make sure it isn't spicy, like another poster mentioned.  Why does the internet say not to give it to them?
