7 Days Late??

Hi. My husband and I have been married for 7 months as of today. And I am currently 7 days late for my period. I am having some symptoms..tiredness,headaches, back and abdomial pain. But I took a test 3 and 5 days after missed period and it was a negative. But I am still late. I also have the Implanon(Implant) Birthcontrol..I have only had it for 2 months.. Has anyone ever gotten pregnant with it? Or any kind of symptoms that I am feeling?

    " ?  Changes in Menstrual Bleeding Patterns (menstrual periods)

    The most common side effect of IMPLANON is a change in your normal menstrual bleeding pattern. In studies, about one out of ten women stopped using the implant because of an unfavorable change in their bleeding pattern. You may experience longer or shorter bleeding during your periods or have no bleeding at all. The time between periods may vary, and in between periods you may also have spotting.  "

    I've been on implanon for a year now and haven't had one period since i started.

    I had Implanon a couple of years ago and had the most irregular periods of my life..so much so that I had to have the Implanon removed. I did have a time that I thought I could be pregnant and my doctor informed me that the chances were slim to non with the implanon in. I have always been on the pill and had never had irregular periods before.
