Another sick baby

Poor little B has strep throat. Her fever has been between 101 and 103.5 even with alternating tylenol and ibuprofen. She's not eating or drinking much. We're offering milk, pedialyte, yogurt smoothies, pouches, etc. but she doesn't want much of anything. Fingers crossed that her antiobiotic starts working soon so we can get some food and drink in her. I'm scared that she's going to get dehydrated and need IV fluids Sad
