Why are sleep sacks considered dangerous? My little one still sleeps in one overnight. His arms are out and i even bought a bigger one because i'm more comfortable with it. Why would they sell them up to 2t?
We love our sleep sacks and I plan to use them as long as possible! I haven't heard anything about them dangerousplease, tell us more! I will be sad I'd it's true...
in the other post about sleep sacks farther down. peopel were saying that they quit using sleep sacks when they rolled over. Maybe they were just refering to the ones that swaddle. I love mine and plan on using them for the first year
I think the only ones that are dangerous when rolling over are the swaddled ones. DS is very tall so I just ordered him a Halo early walker one and it is a sack with foot holes too... So he won't be as likely to trip or fall over when standing in his crib.
DD slept in one until this winter. We're moving her into a bed after the holidays, so I decided I'd be okay with giving her a blanket finally (which she never keeps on). I hadn't heard of any danger associated with them. She used to crawl, roll, and walk in hers with no issue.
