Pretty sure the baby dropped...

Last night, I cleaned the bathroom and then.... I thought it was contractions, but nope.  All of the sudden, there was intense pressure in my crotch.  And it didn't go away.  So-- I guess this is how I will be living until Baby Day.

Just had a midwife appt, I am "thin" but not dilating yet.  Sounds like I may have some time to experience this.  Super.

Anyone else in constant pressure discomfort fro dropping?

  • I am in the same boat. The pressure is unreal. I am at the point that I need help getting my legs up on the bed or couch when I lay down. At my appointment yesterday the Dr. commented that "he is really low." Thank goodness we are almost done,I did find if I sit in a warm bath it brings some relief for 30 minutes or so,have you tried that? Good luck and hang in there!

  • Yes, at my last doctor appointment my doctor commented on how low she is and seemed kind of shocked that I wasn't complaining about all the pressure.  Today I feel like she is even lower!!

  • I'm right with you ladies. I can barely roll over or sit up if I go to lay down... at my appointment Monday I was 2 cm dilated but nothing else... I'm so ready for this little guy to be out

  • I'm feeling the same thing.  I have for about 3-4 days now.  It's really bad when I lie down or try to get up from sleeping (yeah right).  Wish it meant contractions and labor were soon to come, but I'm guessing that isn't the case!
