I decided to purchase the JJB Be Prepared because I need a nicer and more organized bag to use for travel, overnights, all day outings, pool days, etc with 2 young kids. I am guessing based on reviews (since I don't actually have the bag in my possession yet) that I am going to want something smaller as well to use for errands, eating out, and quick trips. We have a Columbia diaper bag right now but I am sorta growing to hate it so I want to get something new.
I need organization, pockets and a bag where it's easy to find things. I don't like when things fall to the bottom of the bag and I can never find them. Any suggestions on a smaller bag for 2U2? I am definitely a bit of an overpacker so I was thinking the Jujube BFF so far but I'd love some other ideas.

We have a BFF that I got a few months ago. I had the Be All before that with my 2u2, and it worked out fine. I wasn't a fan of the messenger style when they got older because they were constantly handing me toys, snack cups, sippys, etc to carry and it was hard to get them in and out of the bag. So we went with the BFF when #3 was coming. So far I like it - but find that things do get lost at the bottom on occasion (but I don't go into it as often as people with 2u2 now - mine are almost 4, 2.5 and nb), but it is a good size and has tons of pockets. I have about 3 diapers for the 2yo, 4 for the nb, wipes, extra outfit for nb, nursing cover, burp cloth, then all the things for my pre-schoolers - DS's epipen, potty toppers, their snacks and sippy cups, and my stuff - wallet, keys, phone.
I got mine on amazon - it is the brown and blue one. It was almost $50 cheaper than the other colors!
I also don't like bags that have a flap over the top like many of messenger style ones. It's just in the way to me and I'd rather have a zipper. I think I'll keep an eye for a good price on the BFF or look into a JJ Cole.
I have the JJB Be prepared, which I like for (like you said) long day outings.
I have a JJ cole satchel (sp?). I like it. It's still big-ish, but I need it big when I have 3 kids.
