Crazy Emotions

I am fine when I'm alone or at work, but it seems like my husband can't do anything right for me. Is anyone else feeling emotional and irritable. I am 13 weeks. Help! I feel alone.

    It's hormones - enough said!!!  Just remember to take a step back once in a while and realize that it is just that and don't let yourself get too bent out of shape.  Learn to laugh at things!!  Sometimes that's all you can do when hormones strike!

    I'd say that's normal, and how I am when I'm PMS'ing as well. It helped me to have a heart to heart with my husband and explain that I understand I'm being a *** but at the same time I can't really control it. He kind of learned to not take it personally or get reactive back to me, so talking with him about it may help. FWIW I wasn't emotional my whole pregnancy either, just certain times. Good luck!

    Totally normal! I find that I'm the worst when I'm not sleeping well or when I'm hungry so be sure to consider those....sometimes when I'm losing it, I'll take a minute to drink lots of water, have a snack and put my feet up and find that most of the crazy has passed! The same goes for if I'm tired....sometimes you just need to drop it and go to bed early and will be surprised that it all sounds silly when you wake up! Hang in there my dear!! It's tough but keep doing your best!

    Totally normal! My poor Husband was so confused during my first tri, I was so hormonal and irrational.

    Ditto what pp said about being tired, hungry etc.

    Hi!

     I want to punch most people in the face every day. I don't have road rage (meaning, I don't react to bad drivers in a dangerous way) but drivers in the TC have been pissing me off more than ever. Why don't people making right turns on red yield to people making left turns on a green arrow!?!?!??!?! Yielding in general. Ahh!!! Super Angry
