I found instructions to this on pinterest and am actually happy with how they turned out. My nails are almost all bitten to the quick right now but they came out pretty well considering.

    It was actually pretty easy. The blog it linked to had all kinds of cool nail stuff done with scotch tape. I wish I could do this on someone elses nails 'cause i would be able to get it perfect then.
