Just an fyi.... This "man" was actually arrested a few years ago and has been incarcerated since then. He was a real piece of work, apparently molested and even raped over 100's of children throughout his career as a Pediatrician. One thing good (if you can call it that) that has happened as a result of this, there have been many new laws put into place regarding examinations of minors. Delaware has passed a law, and other states are following, that No longer will a physician, NP, PA, or Nurse be allowed to assess your child's genitalia or private areas without a chaperone in the room. I believe Delaware went as far to say that a parent does not count as a chaperone, although they can be present, there must also be an additional health care worker in the room as well. I know in Maryland most providers are now requesting the chaperone even though the law hasn't been passed yet to protect themselves as well.
