Best places to buy Play Doh and Barbie stuff?

So, I need to buy a bunch of Play Doh and Barbie gifts for kids on my lists.  Since I need in bulk, who usually has best prices- Target, Walmart, Toys R Us or Amazon?  I do not have time to shop around so please advise if you are familar.  Anyone having a sale right now- BOGO or % off?

    Do you have a Kohls near you?  There stuff is always on sale and I always have a 15-20% off coupon.  I get toys really cheap there.

    Target has buy one Barbie toy get one 50% off. 

    Toys R Us had that sale a while back but I don't think it's going on right now.  I think they have something like spend $75 on Barbie and get a $10 gift card.
