I was pregnant and due in June, but it looks like I've had a missed miscarriage. It hasn't been confirmed by ultrasound yet, but that's just a formality since I'm supposed to be 12w5d and my HCG today was 1000.

I'm doing ok, but I think it's only because I still have my 5 year old DS. He's the bright light that's keeping me going. I'm sad, and scared that I'm not going to be able to give him the sibling we had promised, but I'm hoping to get through this.

We've notified just about everyone, so at least that's done, but I'm SO not looking forward to facing the real world.

Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself since I'm feeling a bit lost at the moment

I'm so very sorry for your loss. I hope you find comfort here. You may also want to check out the miscarriage board too, I found a lot of support there last year after my loss. Hugs to you and welcome!

ETA:I just read your introduction on mc and pl. I don't feel comfy posting there with a ticker, so I'll answer here. Everything you mentioned there sounds normal in terms of how you were handling things...or at least it was normal to me. I didn't take meds to induce things, but I did pass things naturally when I should've been in my 11th week. I'll answer any questions you have. I also want to send you a hug for the ultrasound you mentioned you have coming. Its a hard moment.
