DS is in a bassinet and he is already looking like he is running out of room in there, so I can't keep him in there for too much longer. I think DD1 and DD2 moved to their cribs at 4-ish months, so that would give me another month. He'll be 3 months on Friday and I'm not ready to move him yet, so he's staying next to me for now!
My plan is to move her when she's consistently down to one feeding a night (any more than that and I don't want to keep running down the hall to her--it's more about me than her, apparently ). She already goes down at the beginning of the night in her crib in her room, and I move her when I go to bed (she sleeps right through being moved).
She sleeps in an Arms Reach co-sleeper. We also bed share after she finishes her nighttime nursing session. I never thought I'd let DD sleep in our bedroom past the first few weeks, let alone in our bed, but it works for us. I'm not sure when I'll move her. I keep saying "when she drops her middle-of-the-night feedings", but I kind of like her where she is. We'll see. No set date right now.

I am really happy to read all of these posts. I have been working on transitioning L to her crib the past 2 weeks. She will sleep in there fine, but getting her to sleep is a challenge. I would rather her stay next to me, but DH thinks I am crazy. She is in her RnP next to me tonight because she has had a very challenging day and I don't want to get up 10 times if that is what ends up happening.

DS is still in my room...and in my bed, actually. (Which, come to think of it, might be part of the reason I don't mind him not STTN.) I keep telling myself that I'll move him to his crib once he starts STTN, but honestly, I don't know when I'll make the transition. I love being able to snuggle him at night and I am already just dreading not having him so close.

E is in our room in his pnp. We debated transitioning him to his room, but we decided to wait until after the holiday travels so that we aren't in upheaval for a month.
Until it's clear the he either wants or needs his own space. I love bedsharing and, at this point, we all sleep best that way. DS1 slept at least part of the night in my bed until just before his 2nd birthday. We transitioned him to sleeping in his room all night when he started to wake up after rolling into us. He does occasionally crawl in with us though, like if he's had a bad dream.
As a working mom, I love the extra time and closeness I get from bedsharing.
I can't wait to get her out!!! BUT, she sleeps like crap, and I don't have DS's "big boy" room ready quite yet. She's in the PNP at the end of the bed, and many (MANY) nights, I have to sleep down there to make it easier to soother her back to sleep. If she was in her own room I'd be actually getting up to do that, so maybe my laziness in getting DS's room ready is a blessing in disguise! Either way, I just want to SLEEP! LOL
During the week DS sleeps in the bed with me, and on the weekends he sleeps in his PNP at the foot of the bed.
I had plans to transition him to his room the middle of this month so that when I return to work he would be already sleeping in his room, but he's still not STTN and his sleeping pattern is not the best. I suppose I'll still make an effort before I head back to work and before my MIL gets here at the end of this month.

DD is in a cradle in our room. We transitioned ds when he was four months. Since the kids will share a room, I'm not sure that dd will move that early. Once we have to move her out of the cradle, we may put the crib in our room for a bit.
He does. He sleeps in a receiving crib. It is about 30 years old but still great. He is high up so I did not have to bend down after my c/s.
He will need to go as soon as he can sit up for safety or when he gets too long which may be soonish.
Generally...once he sleeps better, the earlier the better, he is a noisy sleeper!
Oh, and often we bed share if he has a bad night which is every other day.
I am hoping to transition soon though. His brother was in the nursery at three months but he STTN when we transitioned. I just don't want to have both kids up if Aidan has a bad night and screams, the boys would share a wall while now we are one room over.
If I had to guess right now, I would say we aim for early next year.
I just transitioned her from bed sharing to sleeping in her PnP next to me. She'll stay there for a while because the nursery is upstairs on the other side of the house. She's not STTN and we're just not ready for her to be so far away.

We're borrowing the bassinet she sleeps in from a friend who is due again in Feb so I guess we'll put her in the crib in mid Jan. I'm definitely not ready though and mayyy go out and buy a pack n play instead. We'll see closer to the day
Right now, DH and I are tentatively planning on keeping him with us until he's at least 6 months old.
He sleeps beside my side of the bed in an Arms Reach co-sleeper. The co-sleeper was a gift from my MIL and LO hated it until we started using the Halo sleepsack swaddle. Now, that co-sleeper is probably one of my favorite baby items. It's great to have him close.

The babies sleep in either the PnP or our bed, depending on what they'll tolerate over a particular evening. They start off in the PnP together, and I usually end up bringing them into bed as they wake to nurse. Sometimes I can get them back down in the PnP, but not always. And since they've been sick, it's been impossible to convince them to go back to sleep without snuggling Mama.
DS1 was 8 months old before he was ready to move out of our room (master is upstairs, other bedrooms are on the main level), so we'll just wait and see when these two are ready.
DS is still in our room in the PNP. He'll be with us until he's regularly STTN (like 10-12 hours) because he'll be sharing a room with DD. I'm hoping for around 6 months.

Jax is probably going to be in our room for at least a year, as we don't have another room for him to go in. After we move into a bigger place, then we'll fix him up in another room.

She's moving the her crib on Friday, we wanted it to be a weekend so neither of us have to work in the morning if it doesn't go so well. We wanted her to make the transition before both of us were back at work and I think I have started disturbing her when I get ready in the morning.
Elliott is STTN in the co-sleeper attached to our bed. I'm not ready to move him yet, because I like being able to check on him, and Bram (DS1) is still in the crib. Once Bram moves to his toddler bed we'll think about moving Elliott to the room they'll share.
I may be more ready to move him out at 5-6 months old.
This EXACTLY. Well, except we use a RnP instead of a cosleeper. I thought I would move him over christmas (and move my 2.5 year old to a big boy bed at the same time) but I don't think I'm ready yet.
I have been in the process of transitioning LO out of the RNP to the PNP bassinet in hopes of getting him into his crib soon. Then last night hit...
LO had been STTN since he was 6 weeks old and the past two nights he has got up at 3. He wasn't hungry but wanted us to soothe him back to sleep for some reason (he knows how to do this) so I swaddled him up and plopped him in his crib. He fussed for a couple minutes and then slept until 9:00 this morning. I do have it slightly elevated because of his reflux, and I think it will help transition him. I'm putting him down to sleep in it tonight. As much as I love having him in our room, I think we are both waking each other up and I'm certain we'll all sleep better once we get him fully transitioned.

Most likely when we move. Our house has no insulation and no central air/heating. ~7 months from now.
He sleeps in his crib on the other sided of the room.
