I just felt several small pops/flutters above my pubic nine, but below my belly button. Isn't it too soon to feel LO?
Put happened when I was leaning forward and had my bump compressed a bit..... Hmmm.

Re: Was that what I think it was?
BUT today I had a moment, too. I was sitting on the floor at a playdate and there was a sudden popping sensation, like a bunch of bubbles popping underwater at once, then a sort of nudge. Then nothing. It was very familiar, but I'm hesitant to think it was baby at 13w. I'm going to wait and see if I feel anything over the next couple days before I jump to conclusions. When I felt DD, I knew it was her because I felt the same thing daily after that first early tapping.
I swore I felt something at 14 weeks, like a little fish and some tiny taps. My dr said no way, but what does she know?! I'm sticking with it was. How exciting!
I'm 14 weeks 5 days. As I was resting I felt a few flutters, how exciting!!
This whole time I thought "You'd be stupid not to know when you feel something move in your body!" But...That was before I knew this could happen. I felt "popcorn" feelings like...2 or 3 nights ago. My thought was "that's weird, who knew you could have gas bubbles in such a weird spot."
Maybe it was the baby!!! eeek! though... i haven't felt it happen since then and since it's so soon, I think I'll stick with the 'its gas'...so i don't get even more impatient waiting on feeling it =D
This happened to me today too and I feel the same way about it. It felt so familiar but it's just so so early...
I have totally felt a muscle twitch type feeling at least twice in the last week. It was seriously just like when my eye does that weird twitch thing, but it was only 3 or 4 times. I didn't think it was baby because I don't remember the first movement of DD feeling like that, but maybe?
I also never felt anything that I would call flutters. Always popping/tapping in the early days. Weird.
I swear over the last few days I've felt rolling sensations and tapping. The tapping I wasn't completely convinced was the baby, but when I felt the rolling sensations off and on each day, it really made me think it was the baby I was feeling. Maybe I'm crazy.
I especially wasn't sure because I was told I had an anterior, low-lying placenta and from what I've read, having an anterior placenta means it will take longer to feel baby. But, since it is anterior and low-lying, maybe it's too low to really obstruct the movement.
Gonna pay close attention to see if I keep feeling the "movements" and then ask about them at my next appt on the 27th.
I have never heard it described as being this feeling so I may just be a weirdo, but it is the EXACT same sensation I felt with DD. I have not felt the same thing before or since. It's definitely not a muscle twitch--it's not that strong or forceful of a feeling--but it's really similar to what you feel in your eye.
I had actually totally forgotten about the twitchy sensation until I felt it a few nights ago and it suddenly came rushing back that that's how DD felt in the early days. I bet it's the same thing for you, especially given that you felt your DD early too.
