So, i have been wondering why its been so hard to handle the twins on the weekends lately. I had a great system before. They ate every 4 hours... they would eat, play and then sleep an hour or two until the next feeding. They have hardly been napping anymore and need to be fed/entertained constantly.
Well i just figured it out. Daycare has been feeding my son EVERY.TWO.HOURS. between 4-6 ounces. W T F!!!!! So basically that is his "new" schedule.
He JUST started eating oatmeal tonight. Do i send some oatmeal and ask them to feed some oatmeal there to try to keep him full longer? Is there any way to get him back on schedule?
Re: It's all day care's fault
I would have them slowly add like 10 minutes on each time. So if he eats at 10 have him eat next at 10:10, 12:30, 3...that may work.
Also, what is going on with your DC? Aren't they supposed to be listening to your wishes. I feel like they have screwed up a bunch of times.
well, we blamed it on growth spurts, so it started off where they started feeding them at 5:30 instead of 6 before i picked them up. Then they would add a little here and there to "take the edge off" I guess. Now he is a screaming monster when he is hungry. what to do now? i don't want him to suffer and be hungry, but i need some kind of realistic schedule back.
