Hey ladies,
Ready your posts a lot but it's my first time posting. I'm 8 dpo, I know I ovulated cause I had multiple positive opk and great ewcm. Since 5 dpo I've been VERY lightheaded. Nauseous, vommitting, hungry, then nauseous again. Maybe tmi but also lotiony creamy cm. Silly me took a test at 6 dpo and got a bfn. It's way early I know. Anyone have these symptoms at 8 dpo and end up with a bfp?
Re: Two week wait... HELP
If you are pregnant enough for symptoms, you are pregnant enough to turn a test positive.
It sounds like you have the stomach flu, to be perfectly honest. Also, + OPKs and EWCM =/= ovulation all the time.
EWCM and pos OPKs don't mean you O'd. They mean your body geared up to O, but it could have not actually done it. They do not confirm O.
If you have enough pregnancy hormone in your body to produce symptoms, you have enough to trigger a positive test. If you're getting a negative test, it means whatever symptoms you're having aren't pregnancyrelated.
Test weekly until you reach sixty days, get your period, or get a BFP. At sixty days, call your doctor.

I think 8 dpo is too early...I believe 10 dpo is the earliest? Somebody had posted a good chart here a few dys ago about how many dpo you are and the liklihood of getting a BFP
Sounds like you could have a bug and if not, if it keeps up, give it a week or so and go from there. I also know people who have no signs they are pregnant for many, many weeks also. Everybody is different.

"Anyone have these symptoms at 8 dpo and end up with a bfp?"
yes.
But, you will need to ask two more questions:
"Anyone have these symptoms at 8 dpo and end up with a bfn?"
The answer is still yes.
One more: "What are the odds of someone being pregnant on any given cycle for which the couple was trying and had no known fertility issues?"
maybe about 25% chance or so.
Putting all of that together, you are more likely not pregnant than pregnant. You will have to test after at least a few days have passed.
Then you don't read our posts "a lot."
Also, you're going to need one of these.

I never said I thought that was a symptom, feeling hungry, then eating , then feeling nauseous is what I said... Please do not be rude.if you have helpful nice advice, I welcome it. Thanks.

Yep...there it is, a two week wait thread.
You're just wanting someone to say "yep! I had that and I was preggers." Unfortunately, early pregnancy symptoms are exactly like PMS, and you're likely noticing them because you've not been paying attention before because you weren;t TTC. People can tell you they were nauseous and ended up pregnant, but it isn't going to make YOU pregnant. You're going to have to wait for a +HPT like everyone else.

I don't appreciate the mean comments. Thanks.
Oh, FFS.
Multiple opk's and ewcm do not confirm ovulation. You would only know for sure you ovulated if you were temping as well. We're you temping? I would Wait until 1 day past your period due date, and test again.
Also, pleeeaaassseee read the newbie link at the top, if you havent already. It answers a lot of common questions.
Good luck.
Good for you.
Nope no one has ANY obligation to me. But it's called being a nice person. Yep. Pretty simple stuff.
HPT Accuracy Results Percentages: (Based on a 25mIU sensitive test)
10 dpo : 35%
11 dpo : 51%
12 dpo : 62%
13 dpo : 68%
14 dpo : 74%
15 dpo : 80%
16 dpo : 88%
17 dpo : 92%
If you had read the posts a lot you would know that this post would not go over well.

OP daily people post on here a list of symptoms that they think equal being KU and when others tell them no, maybe or its to early they get pissed off. You wrote hoping people would write back and say OMG you are ku or OMG this happened to me...reality is it doesnt happen at 5 dpo. If you are KU you will not know for almost a week. So take a deep breath stop acting like a child and lurk some more. No one is being mean to you they are just giving you a big dose of reality.
Nope, you don't, otherwise you would not have posted this because you would have known these fishing expeditions don't go over well.
Read the newbie link, consider posting an intro, post in the 2WW and for God's sake, if you get a BFP in a few days do not post it here.
Are you flucking kidding me? You want to go to the ER because you think you *might* be pregnant?
Okay....you want a blood test before you even miss your period or get a BFP because you *might* be pregnant? Seriously?
okay that was rather dramatic.
This one looks good:

Since it's not my recipe, I think you'd have to invite Emeril over if you choose this one.

When can I come over?
She's referring to CLE, who told her to go to the ER and take a EPT - "emergency pregnancy test".
It still doesn't excuse the fact that she thinks she needs a blood test.
Okay. Bye-bye.
The butthurt is strong with this one.
I have one with rum. I'll bring extra rum if you let me come over.
