  My LO's front teeth popped up within a week of the telltale rash, but I suspect all babes are different. Good luck! A wet, frozen washcloth (in addition to tylenol) is a godsend.

  Took about a week of really heavy drooling before my son's tooth popped.

  lol judging form my sons drool he should have an entire set of teeth by now. =P That poor kid SOAKS bibs in an hour. its crazy.
