Thoughts, Questions, Chart Stalk Requests, Etc: My rant is that I cannot sleep! This is getting ridiculous. I didn't even temp because I woke up every. single. hour from 2 AM on. I couldn't even temp at 2 AM because I had only slept for 2 hours. I feel like absolute crap today. On top of it all, I have a cold - which obviously means I'm KTFU *winks*
GTKY: What is your favorite restaurant? (If it's a local place, tell us about it.) My favorite restaurant is this Indian place up near our airport. It's on the top floor of a hotel, and it has some of the best Indian food I've ever had. It's a little tacky - fountains and ivy covering the walls - but the food is amazing.

It's not really a restaurant but a liquor store close to our house makes the best sandwhiches and salads! You'd never know it from looking at the place but they are amazing!!

DH is taking me to a place called Fireside Brewhouse for my bday on friday, that I believe is only here in the town I live in. It has steaks and other grilled items. I love love love their au gratin potatoes!

I guess now it would be this Chinese place DH and I go to all the time. They have the most amazing garlic green beans.

We have a local Italian restaurant that has fantastic bread that they put out before the main meal arrives, and awesome pasta. DH is in love with their gnocchi, gets it every time. There's also a local supper club that has a huge martini selection and I love their crostinis, but their entrees have been going downhill. Makes me sad. It's where I used to go for birthday dinners but not anymore.Thanks for weighing in! I think DH would think it's funny too, maybe I will after all. Or maybe I should make a clicky poll

Accanto (Italian), Little Bird (sorta Frenchy), Firehouse (wood fired pizzas among other yummies), Pok Pok/Whiskey Soda Lounge (northern Thai/street food...fish sauce wings, yummmm). Double Mountain Brewery (best dang pizza!).
