So Sick of Poop

DS poops at least 6 times a day. It can be up to 8 times a few days a week. He wakes himself up to poop at least once a night. I feel like he is worse now then when he was a newborn. Is this happening with anyone else??

I thought this got better when they got older. Solids didn't make a difference. I don't care how much he poops during the day, but the waking up a few times a night is getting very very old!

How long until potty training??? LOL

    we are in the opposite boat as you... we have maybe 4-5 poops a week...

    Every time LO poops is it a lot or just a little bit? DD poops two to three times a day and it is a lot each time. Maybe if LO isn't pooping a lot each time that's why LO is popping so much . Idk just an idea.

    wow...that is a lot. DD (6.5months) started spacing hers out to 2-3 a day (instead of every diaper) at 4.5 months, then down to 1 a day, then every couple of days and for about the past 4 weeks it has been only 1 per week. She is EBF, not sure if that is the case for your DS.

    this is my LO... he has really started to poop more when i started feeding him level 2 foods... i feel like the kid is always pooping... last night was the FIRST time he actually pooped in the TUB!! ugh!

    My DD is a frequent pooper, too.  So annoying!  She got worse at about 5.5 months and then had a tooth pop through.  Her pedi said it could be from teething, but it hasn't gotten better.  Now I'm hoping for a break after tooth number 2...

    When her first two teeth were coming in, Olivia was constipated.  Now her two upper teeth are on their way in and she's having 4-5 poosplosions a day.  IT'S. SO. GROSS.  At least constipation was fixed by some apple puree, there's no stopping these GIGANTIC poops!
