Good Used Condition only because there is some writing in the workbook from the previous owner (the person I bought it from) and Comes from a Smoke free/cocker spaniel home.
My Personal Experience: I was able to achieve my natural birth with the help of Hypnobabies! It really helped me stay calm, comfortable, relaxed, and within my center for the birth of my beautiful baby girl! It also helped that I was able to do the course on MY time and with my husband and mother who were both my birth coaches.
