  I didn't exactly get the "blue steel" thing ever, but assumed that it's a pic that looks like LO is actually striking a pose.  For humor sake, I googled "blue steel", here's what I found... https://www.wikihow.com/Do-the-%22Blue-Steel%22-Pose-from-Zoolander

  yeah just a modeling face. You know when you look at a pic of your kid and you're like oh they are selling it! It doesn't have to be the exact blue steel face just strike a pose
