OMG...Hold me back!

There is a woman who sits on the other side of the wall as me (cubes so not a real wall) who is on a call with a client.  She is very loud, which I can usually deal with, but right now I'm two seconds from climbing over the wall and teaching her how to speak.

She has said ask about a zillion times...but pronounces it "axe".  AHHH!!!!  The word is A-S-K..ask, not axe!  FFS!  She sounds so damn ignorant when she says it!  I'm sure the client is rolling his/her eyes...so unprofessional!

Seriously, I can't handle it!  I may need to take lunch early, and make it a long lunch!

    O boy! I hate that. It's like a "picher" of your LO and going to the "bafroom"!

    Get her some axe body spray and put a post it saying "I dare you to 'axe' me what this is all about"

    Oh man, I have this same problem All.The.Time with the schmuck on the other side of my cube. He doesn't say "aks", but soooo many other things. We work with insurance, so I hear him saying inappropriate things like, "So when the baby comes out of you..." instead of saying "After you give birth..." all the time!!

    He's going on medical leave for the next 2-3 months starting tomorrow and I'm kind of looking forward to it even though I'll have to do all his work.

    Oh hell, I've got an "axer" in my office too. She's also been saying "extra ordinary" a lot lately when it should be one word, extraordinary! We make fun of this poor woman...and use her for our word of the day. Here's a sentence giving you an idea of some of the crap she says, not all in this sentence but words over time... Can I axe you about my jagula? The power stern has gone out. I think these are extra ordinary circumstances and you should get to me first!... Yes those are words she uses, can you figure out what they're supposed to be? And she talks really loud too
