I met hubby from one of his friends that went to school with me. DH was still back home at a different school, but looking into transferring. I set my friend up with my roommate, and he set me up with DH.
Of course by the time I MET DH - I was already dating someone else. DH says constantly that he was "second string" haha.

Always painted. I think plain look funny (even french toenails look funny to me). I am usually crazy with my toes since you don't see them often. Right now they are a crazy purple. But I'm about to change them up today. Haven't settled on a color yet though.

I'm not too close with my family. We are quite dysfunctional actually. They live an hour away (and on a hill that we nicknamed "Mt Crumpet" because it's a private horrible dirt/rock road!) and I only see them a few times a month.
My parents try, but they have the worst marriage, do not communicate, and everyone yells at everyone.
We are working on getting better though - especially since Hayley was born.

Christmas eve is spent with my mom's family and we visit my dad's dad - but they celebrate on christmas day and it's too hard to stretch ourselves that much on christmas day. We also make an appearance at DH's aunts before heading home (they just returned from the family dinner at that point) This is the last year for that though. Next year we are changing it to my family on Eve and his on Day.
Christmas day is DH's parents/brother/and grandparents.

Not yet. I'm going to start the pjs and christmas movie this year. But by the time we get home christmas eve - Hayley will be in bed. So we'll work up to it.

Just always liked her first name since middle school - including the spelling. Her middle name is after my grandma - the only grandparent of mine that never got to meet her.

We have the next girl's 1st name and the 1st boy's full name. That's it so far though. DH hates all my boy name suggestions. Our 1st boy will be named after FIL and DH.
