My kid hates milk

I know some of it could be due to teething, but he's never been big on the bottle. He's currently eating about 4 oz per feeding and gets 5 bottles a day. If I mix water with his oatmeal he gobbles it up, but if I mix it with formula he refuses to eat. Anyone else's LO hate milk?

 

 

Normal for us is:

wake up (6:30?) bottle

1/2 hour-1 hour later solids

then he goes 4 hours between bottles and follow the same time frame for solids at lunchtime. 4 hours between bottles again and eats around 2, then bottle around 5-5:30, then solids about 1/2 hour later again and he usually takes one more small bottle before bed. He is STTN and gaining weight so I'm not really concerned, just curious.

    My DD has 5 4oz bottles a day as well but she doesn't hate it, just doesn't drink as much compared to DS who takes 5 5-6oz bottles a day.  I think every baby is different.

    I mix BM with oatmeal and they love it but maybe like PP said try switching formula or if it's only with oatmeal that he doesn't like it just keep mixing it with water.
