*Rant alert* Now that we are actively TTC I have found that I get EXTRA moody when the cramps arrive. I honestly feel bad for my coworkers today. Tell me it's not just me.

I'm just saying, I definitely notice the symptoms more now that I am paying attention to them.
We all do. You just don't have to take it out on your co-workers. It's not their fault.
Ehh. You don't know the backstory, or my coworkers. Or the level of patience I typically have. But thanks I'll be sure to work on it.
Next time it might be helpful to give the backstory if there is one.
Ohhh. Ok. Let me try that again. My coworkers are bishes and I am moving units the end of the week with a promotion which I am THRILLED about, but in the meantime, the high level of patience I typically have feels much lower today. My cramps and upcoming period also suck bawwwls. K?
Make this and those short ribs for me and you will definitely get lucky.

Can do. I was going to make that stuff for Kiki but she says she doesn't put out till the second date, and I'm a busy woman sooooo... Oh wait!! I didn't post a picture of the finished short ribs. I'm an ass.
Just before we started eating. Those are roasted pearl onions beneath them.
Oh, and have a bonus bread. I made sandwich bread on Saturday.
drooling.

The short ribs were *so* good. We had a bottle of our wedding wine left and we used it for the braising liquid, which we later reduced to make the sauce you see in the picture. It took about 6 hours from start to finish, but was well worth it. I want to make it again so I can perfect the dish.
I love to cook. I would rather spend hours making an amazing meal than just throw something together. Unfortunately, we only get one or two really great meals each week... crazy schedules.

We do cook a lot. Today I'm making a 15 bean thingy in the slow cooker with locally smoked slab bacon for flavor. I'll make cornbread when I get home. The ribs were something we did as a "special" dinner but we cook probably 6 out of 7 days a week.
My crockpot is the only reason we get to eat at home 5-ish nights per week. I even have two

Hey, no shame in crock pot cooking.
Any time you want some recipes/ideas for stuff to make you can PM me!
I will definitely take you up on that, thanks! I'm always looking for new recipes. You should start a cooking/recipe blog. Those ribs were definite food porn.

This was a good post-hack topic. I pretty much crockpot all week long, as well. I prep and freeze crockpot meals the beginning of the month with friends and then use them 3-4 days a week.
Cle, I think you just need your own sticky at the top of the page with your recipes. I love to cook and love making elaborate things. Pinterest has been my best friend, but even she has let me down lately.
Ha!! I do have a blog that is food related (I write dining reviews here) but I haven't updated it too much. Maybe I should do that with recipes!

GL OP. I hate CD 1 because it means I'm not pregnant (and I usually haven't been taking tests leading up to it, so I really do have hope...) but what also sucks about it are the awful cramps! Adds insult to injury.
